Thanks to the ergonomically designed long and curved handle, Juzo Easy Fit is very easy to use and eliminates strenuous bending.Now also for larger leg circumferencesFor improved ease-of-use for patients with larger leg circumferences, we have just released an additional version of the aid, the Juzo Easy Fit XL. The wider opening is suitable for ankle circumferences of 26 cm or greater.Donning aidTo put on a compression stocking, the patient rolls the stocking down the shaft until the seam of the heel is visible. The patient now slips the foot into the stocking and uses the Juzo Easy Fit aid to pull the compression stocking up to knee height. The patient then eases the compression stocking into position in the usual manner while wearing rubber gloves.Easier doffingThe difference between Juzo Easy Fit and conventional donning aids is readily apparent when taking off the stocking. First the patient steps back into the Juzo Easy Fit. The patient then rolls the edge of the compression stocking over the shaft and folds the novel clasping element upwards to secure the stocking. The patient can now step out of the compression stocking with ease.
